Gluten-Free Bacon Cheddar Scones
Blend the gluten-free flour and spices.
Pulse the cold butter until they are the size of peas.
Add flour mixture to a bowl.
Add cooked bacon, cheddar cheese and green onion.
Mix until combined.
Pour in the buttermilk.
Mix together until dough forms.
Pat dough into a circle and slice into 8 triangles.
Place on a baking sheet and brush with buttermilk.
Sprinkle with more cheddar cheese.
Bake at 400F for 18-20 minutes. Serve!
