Instructions
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and salt over medium-low heat until hot, about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped dark chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth, about 5 minutes.
Pour into a fondue pot to keep warm and serve immediately with your gluten-free dippers.
If the fondue begins to feel a little stiff, add a teaspoon of heavy cream and stir.
Notes
If using an electric fondue pot: You can melt the chocolate directly in the fondue pot on low heat. Just add the cream and salt, heat until hot, then stir in the chocolate until melted.
No fondue pot? No problem. Keep the chocolate warm in the saucepan over very low heat and serve from there, or transfer to a small slow cooker on the warm setting.
