Instructions

  • Add ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, ⅔ cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons apple cider, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, and ⅛ teaspoon salt to a jar with a tight-fitting lid (a mason jar works great).
  • Close the lid and shake vigorously until everything is fully combined and emulsified, about 30 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust, adding a touch more maple syrup or salt if needed.

Notes

  • Method: You can also make this in a bowl with a whisk instead of a jar if you prefer.
  • Storage: Keep in the refrigerator for up to a week. It'll separate as it sits. Just give it a good shake before using.
