pita bread
(gluten free if need be)
▢
6
tbsp
olive oil
▢
2
garlic cloves
(minced)
▢
1/4
tsp
salt
▢
1/8
tsp
ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Using kitchen shears or a large knife, cut pita bread into 8-12 triangles (I did 12 because I like my chips smaller).
Brush the oil mixture on both sides of the pita triangles.
Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes, until the chips are crispy. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn.
