Ingredients

  • 5 count pita bread (gluten free if need be)
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Using kitchen shears or a large knife, cut pita bread into 8-12 triangles (I did 12 because I like my chips smaller).
  • Brush the oil mixture on both sides of the pita triangles.
  • Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 325F for 12-15 minutes, until the chips are crispy. Keep an eye on them to make sure they don't burn.
