These gooey gluten-free s'mores bars have all the flavors of a classic s'more without the campfire! A sweet graham cracker crust is topped with rich chocolate and toasted marshmallows for a sharable treat that will be loved by kids and adults alike!

Let's make s'mores bars together! Gather your ingredients.

Place all but 3-4 graham crackers into a food processor.

Process on high until finely ground.

Place the graham cracker crumbs in a bowl with the brown sugar, cinnamon and salt. Whisk to combine.

Add the melted butter.

Mix until the butter is evenly distributed.

Press the graham cracker crust into a baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes, until the crust is golden.

Distribute chocolate chips and marshmallows over the baked graham cracker crust.

Bake for another 10 minutes, until the chocolate and marshmallows have melted.

Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker bits over the gooey marshmallow layer.

Use a kitchen torch to toast the mini marshmallows.

Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares.
