gluten-free chocolate chip muffins

These delicious gluten-free chocolate chip muffins are the perfect breakfast treat. Made with a gluten-free flour blend, these muffins are light and fluffy on the inside with a slightly crunchy exterior.  They're on the table in about 20 minutes!

Let's make gluten-free chocolate chip muffins together! Gather your ingredients.

Add the gluten-free flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.

Whisk until combined. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, add together the milk, oil, eggs and vanilla.

Whisk until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Mix until combined and no more streaks of flour remain.

Add 1 cup of the mini chocolate chips, reserving the rest for later.

Mix until combined.

Portion out the gluten-free muffin batter into the prepared muffin pan.

Sprinkle the tops generously with the turbinado sugar and remaining mini chocolate chips.

Bake for 15-17 minutes, until the tops are golden and the muffins are cooked through.
