Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fixed with the paddle attachment, combine butter, sugars, and vanilla extract.
Blend until creamed together.
Blend in the eggs, one by one.
Gradually add in flour, salt, and baking soda.
Mix together until dry ingredients are completely incorporated.
Stir in macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Drop teaspoon sized rounds of cookie batter onto the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
