Spinach Artichoke Dip

This spinach artichoke is always such a hit at parties! It's a great recipe for making ahead and reheating just before serving. It's also gluten free!

Ingredients

  • 5 oz frozen spinach (thawed, drained and coarsely chopped))
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts (drained and coarsely chopped)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Throw all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl. Mix well with a large spoon.
  • Pour mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is browned. Serve with gluten free crackers.
