  • 4 cups sweetened cranberry juice (see notes)
  • 1 (750 mL) bottle Prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary (for garnish)
  • 1 cup sugared cranberries (for garnish)


  • Fill champagne flutes 1/2 way full with cranberry juice.
  • Top off with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and sugared cranberries on a toothpick or skewer. Serve immediately.
