Let goat cheese soften slightly on the counter while you're preparing the cranberries.
Roughly chop the dried cranberries. Mix together with the ground cinnamon.
Place cranberry cinnamon mixture onto a flat plate.
Carefully roll the goat cheese log into the dried cranberries until all sides are covered. You may have to press some of the cranberries into the goat cheese log with your hands to get it to stick.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
