Cranberry Goat Cheese Log

Dried cranberries, cinnamon and goat cheese combine to create a simple and delicious 3-ingredient gluten-free appetizer that is perfect for holiday parties and entertaining. Serve as part of a larger cheese board or on a smaller plate with gluten-free crackers. This recipe can easily be doubled to serve a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Let goat cheese soften slightly on the counter while you're preparing the cranberries. 
  • Roughly chop the dried cranberries. Mix together with the ground cinnamon. 
  • Place cranberry cinnamon mixture onto a flat plate.
  • Carefully roll the goat cheese log into the dried cranberries until all sides are covered. You may have to press some of the cranberries into the goat cheese log with your hands to get it to stick. 
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
