  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tea-bags of Tazo Passion Tea
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 packets Knox gelatin bloomed in 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

  • Boil 3 cups of water. Take off heat and steep the tea bags for 5 or so minutes. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and sugar.
  • In a small bowl, bloom gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. It will gel to the consistency of runny applesauce.
  • Immediately, add it to the tea water. Whisk for 5 minutes until the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Pour into an 8x8 inch baking pan. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.

If you like your passion iced tea lemonade sweet, make sure to add more sweetener.
