Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cardamom
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp allspice
  • 1/2 tbsp cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Add spices together in a bowl.
  • Mix until combined.
  • Store in a small spice container until ready to use.

Notes

  • This recipe makes approximately 3/4 cup of spice mix.
