Avocado Bean Dip

- 2 ripe avocados about 2 cups of flesh
- 30 oz canned butter beans
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/3 cup avocado oil or olive oil
In a food processor, blend together avocado, beans, lime juice, salt, and cumin.
Gradually add in the avocado oil until you reach your desired consistency.
Serve with fresh vegetables or gluten free crackers.
