Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place pita bread on a baking sheet. You may need 2 baking sheets to fit all 4 pita.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and spices.
With a pastry brush spread oil mixture onto the pita bread.
Spread marinara sauce on the pita bread, leaving 1/2 inch border along the edges.
Add mozzarella cubes to the pita, spacing them out equally.
Bake in oven at 400F for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the pita bread are brown and the cheese is bubbling. Remove from the oven.
Top with basil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cool for 2 minutes before cutting with a large knife or pizza cutter.
