Ingredients

tea-bags of Tazo Passion Tea
▢

tbsp
lemon juice

tbsp
granulated sugar

packets Knox gelatin bloomed in 1/2 cup cold water

lemon zest
Instructions
Boil 3 cups of water. Take off heat and steep the tea bags for 5 or so minutes. Add lemon juice, lemon zest and sugar.
In a small bowl, bloom gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. It will gel to the consistency of runny applesauce.
Immediately, add it to the tea water. Whisk for 5 minutes until the gelatin is dissolved.
Pour into an 8x8 inch baking pan. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours to set.
Notes
If you like your passion iced tea lemonade sweet, make sure to add more sweetener.
