Peach Tomato Salsa

This peach and tomato salsa combines two unlikely fruits together in one fresh and vibrant salsa! Serve it with tortilla chips or on top of your choice of protein for a complete meal. Gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan.

  • 2 cups ripe peaches diced (about 2 medium peaches)
  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeño small dice (seeds and ribs removed)
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • pinch of salt


  • Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Adjust lime juice and jalapeño to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
