Vegan Banana Chocolate Chunk Ice Cream

Vegan banana chocolate chunk ice cream is super creamy and luscious without any of the dairy! Made from bananas and peanut butter, you won't believe it is vegan. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vega and refined sugar-free.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas (sliced into 1 inch pieces)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chunks

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Place banana slices on the baking sheet. Freeze for 2-3 hours until frozen.
  • Add frozen bananas to a food processor. Spoon in the peanut butter. Process 5-10 minutes, until completely smooth.
  • Stir in the chocolate chunks. Freeze for 1-4 hours, until ice cream is firm. Defrost for 5-10 minutes before serving.
