Ingredients

(sliced into 1 inch pieces)

peanut butter

vegan chocolate chunks
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Place banana slices on the baking sheet. Freeze for 2-3 hours until frozen.
Add frozen bananas to a food processor. Spoon in the peanut butter. Process 5-10 minutes, until completely smooth.
Stir in the chocolate chunks. Freeze for 1-4 hours, until ice cream is firm. Defrost for 5-10 minutes before serving.
