Place the Nutella in a heat-safe bowl.

 Bring the heavy cream to a simmer, but do not boil.

Pour the warm heavy cream over the Nutella. Place a plate over the bowl and let sit for 3 minutes.

Remove the plate and begin to stir the heavy cream and Nutella.

Keep whisking until the ganache forms a chocolatey, creamy sauce.

Use the Nutella ganache as a sauce for ice cream, glaze for brownies, filling for cake...
