In a medium bowl, add the gluten-free flour blend, baking soda, and salt.

Whisk until combined.  Set aside.

In a large bowl, add the unsalted butter and granulated sugar.

Use an electric mixer to cream the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.

Mix until smooth.

Gradually mix in half of the flour mixture until just combined.

Then add the rest of the flour, mixing until the dough is uniform and no streaks of flour remain.

Add 1 cup of the M&Ms to the dough, reserving the rest for later.

Stir the M&Ms into the gluten free sugar cookie dough until evenly disbursed.

Use a cookie scoop to evenly scoop out the dough into uniform sized balls.
