gluten-free meatballs

These gluten-free meatballs are a family favorite and it's easy to see why! Perfectly seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, they're baked in the oven and then simmered in a rich tomato sauce. They’re on the table in under 30 minutes!

Let's make gluten-free meatballs together! Gather your ingredients.

Add the gluten-free breadcrumbs, parmesan, dried parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to a bowl.

Whisk until combined.

Add the ground beef and egg to the breadcrumb mixture.

Mix until combined. Be sure not to overmix or the meatballs will end up very tough.

Use an ice cream scoop to portion out the meatballs.

Roll the meat mixture into balls and place the raw meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 13-15 minutes, until the meatballs have an internal temperature of 165F and are browned on the outside.

If desired, let the meatballs simmer in marinara sauce for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is warm.

Serve with your favorite gluten-free pasta!
