gluten-free brownies

These gluten-free brownies are chewy, rich, and so fudgy! Studded with chocolate chips and flaky sea salt, these brownies are so delicious. You can make them with just a few pantry staples and they're on the table in just about 30 minutes.

Let's make gluten-free brownies together! Gather your ingredients.

Mix the gluten-free flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, add the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and hot butter together.

Mix together until smooth.

Add the eggs and vanilla to the cocoa powder and butter mixture.

Mix until combined.

Gradually add in the flour mixture.

Mix until smooth and no more streaks of flour remain.

Stir in 3/4 cup of chocolate chips, reserving the remaining 1/4 cup for later.

Pour the brownie batter into a  square pan lined with parchment paper. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.

Bake at 350F for 22-25 minutes, until the edges are set.

Sprinkle with fleur de sel after baking.

Slice and serve!
