American flag cookie cake

If you're looking for a festive treat for 4th of July, look no further than this American flag cookie cake. It's made of a gluten free sugar cookie topped with cream cheese frosting and fresh fruit. If you're going to a party for the holidays, this recipe is always a crowd pleaser!

Use homemade or store-bought sugar cookie dough and bake it on a half sheet pan until golden.

Pour the cream cheese frosting on the cooled sugar cookie cake.

Spread the frosting with an offset spatula to completely cover the cake.

Start decorating with the blueberries, creating a square in the upper left corner of the cake.

Alternate with strawberries and raspberries, leaving white space in between each row of fruit.
