How to Make Baked Peaches

Making baked peaches is so simple, you’ll want to make them all summer long. First, you cut your peaches in half and carefully remove the pit.

Then you make your streusel topping, by whisking together gluten-free flour, certified gluten-free oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Add in some cold butter and combine.

Then you’ll stuff your peaches with the streusel filling, bake until nice and golden. The peaches will get soft and warm and the topping golden brown.

Serve immediately with a scoop of your favorite ice cream for the ultimate treat. You can’t go wrong with these beautiful baked peaches for dessert!

Tips for Making Baked Peaches with Streusel Topping

  • Make this recipe dairy-free and vegan by using vegan butter in place of regular butter.
  • Not everyone who is gluten-free is able to tolerate certified gluten-free oats. If you aren’t able to eat oats, leave them out of the recipe. You can also add shredded coconut or nuts in place of the oats.
  • This recipe is easily cut in half to make less baked peaches or even doubled to serve a crowd!
  • Have nectarines or apricots? You can try those instead! This recipe works wonderful with other stone fruits!

holy moly! first of all, i’m so glad to see another awesome recipe from you. i’m sure i’ve missed recent posts due to going back to school, so i’m about to go check them out after i finish this.

this looks amazing. any tips on how to get the peach pit out? i always struggle with that

  4. ADashofMegnut says:

after i slice all the way around the peach and twist the halves so that the pit is in one half, i use a knife to make a slit right on top of the pit and right on the bottom of it just to loosen it. and then with my thumb i get under the pit and scoop it out. for this recipe however, you can just cut around the pit and scoop it out with a spoon since you have to get rid of some of the extra flesh anyways!
