Don’t you just love miniature food? It always looks cuter. And I tend to feel more satisfied eating 4 little mini’s instead of just 1-2 regular sized muffins. It’s a nice little trick to my stomach! These little muffins are a nice treat for breakfast or any time of the day really. They are fluffy and cinnamon-y (is that a word?) and the topping is absolutely to die for. I made these as a breakfast treat for work at my internship during tax season. We were working on a Saturday so I thought this would be a nice treat for everyone. Even better was that one of my other coworkers brought in homemade italian deli meat for lunch which was absolutely AMAZING. Needless to say it was a nice food day at work 🙂
