Anything over 75F is a bit too warm for my liking. When the weather gets that hot, I stock up on lots of water to stay hydrated and frozen treats, like nice cream!

If you haven’t heard of nice cream before, it’s ice cream made from bananas!
When frozen bananas are pureed, they take on this creamy texture that is reminiscent of ice cream. Now, it’s not really ice cream. But it’s a great substitution if you’re dairy-free or looking to stay away from added sugars.
I really don’t feel bad about eating a whole bowl of this strawberry banana nice cream because it only contains bananas and strawberries! That’s really it.

With bananas as the base of your nice cream, you can make so many different flavors by adding in other ingredients. If you’re a peanut butter and chocolate fan, go try my chocolate peanut butter banana nice cream – it’s seriously addictive!
The secret to achieving the perfect nice cream is to freeze your bananas. We keep a ton of bananas in our house but sometimes they ripen quicker than we can eat them.
That’s the perfect opportunity for some easy banana nice cream, friends! Just peel, slice, and freeze in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Once frozen, pop those babies into a freezer-safe container and when you’re ready to make banana nice cream, you’re ready to go!
